P.U.F.F. Specialties Include: Tried and true homemade comfort food is intertwined with new and international cuisines – all of which are put to the test by our great cooks and loyal clientele. Many of P.U.F.F.'s most popular food items are the carefully guarded recipes that have made the business a success for nearly 30 years. Some of our favorite recipes include our award-winning crab cakes, “very special” lasagna, shepherd’s pie, chicken tetrazzini, as well as custom-made cakes & cupcakes baked fresh daily. At P.U.F.F. we use local suppliers of produce, fresh natural ingredients, and put absolutely no preservatives or additives in our “just like home” cooking. A BIT OF HISTORY... P.U.F.F. started out nearly 30 years ago in a converted train station in Montchanin, DE. What began with several friends who loved to cook, evolved into a popular gourmet to go company. In 2003, husband & wife team Peter and Sydney Lickle Jordan purchased the business from Sydney’s aunt & P.U.F.F. founder, Tory Diffenderfer. The company spent 5 years in Mendenhall, PA, before making the move back to Greenville, DE in July 2009. Over the years P.U.F.F. has grown to meet the ever-changing demands for fine catering and gourmet to go, while maintaining the same homemade family-owned atmosphere that our customers have come to expect.
